As a working mother, psychotherapist, business coach, and entrepreneur for over 3 decades – I have been in your shoes. My passion is connecting to coaches, working mothers, and entrepreneurs – and guiding them along the many different stages in their work/life journey. I established my private practice in 1987, and since then have learned so much by working with people just like you who have joined me in creating the kind of lives they enjoy living.

As a working mother for over three decades, I have been in your shoes. I established my private practice in 1987, and since then have worked with thousands of working moms, coaches, psychotherapists, and entrepreneurs, helping them enhance their important relationships, and easily generate predictable, recurring income while doing what they love most.

I am a mom, grandmother, author, psychotherapist, business coach and avid reader. I love coffee (hot, foamy cappuccino, iced coffee…), and my magic place is the beach.
